For our first attempts at printing, we tried out the Makerbot test cubes:
We ended up with a selection of warped, distorted cubes. Although frustrating, this was a useful part of the process of getting to know our ToM, as we had to learn how temperature fluctuations can affect the printing process.
Our next attempt at printing was more successful, and we ended up with a fully functional whistle (the ToM prints the whole object including the internal ball in one go).
The main point of this angel is that it is entirely hollow and the walls are 1mm thick.
